Andros was an alien
from the KO 35 space coloney. He was trying to rescue Zordon form Dark
Spector. He meant the Rangers when they accidently docked with the
Megaship. Andros was reluctant to work with them at first. But he soon
saw wisdom in an alliance and decided to give them his space morphers.
Andros was searching for his kidnapped Sister Karone ( she was kidnaped
when they were children). Andros was attracted to Ashley, the two
became
a couple eventually. When Andros was lured into a trap on his disserted
home planet. Carlos showed up to help him.
This helped Andros to learn the value teamwork. Andros gained the power
of the Delta Megazord. He soon Discovered
Darkconda was the one who took his sister. Andros won Zordon' Key Cards
in a card game. With them he helped the Rangers find the Mega Voyager.
Andros was happy when his wounded friend (Zhane)
was healed enough to
jion the team. Later Andros found out his sister was Astronoma and was
able to convince her to be good. He was saddened when Dark Spector had
her brainwashed back to her evil ways. Andros later battled
Pyscho Red. In the final battle against
Astronoma's forces Andros was able to shatter
Zordon's tube. Zordon's
sacrifice
allowed evil to be defeated but Andros was saddened when
Astronoma
died ( he had deflected a blast back to her just before he shattered
the tube,killing her on accident). Luckly she was ressurected as
Karone. Andros returned to Earth
with the Space Rangers ( along with Zhane and
Karone).
Andros tracked the Psycho Rangers to Terra Venture. He teamed up with
the Galaxy Rangers to stop them. When Kendrix died saving Cassie,
Andros convinced the Pink Space Ranger to go on with her mission.
Kendrix later was restored by the Quasar Sabers. Some time later Andros
tracked the remnants of the Machine Empire as they tried to unearth
Surpenterra from the moon. He teamed up with several Red Rangers to
defeat the robots.
Andros started out as a loner with a tragic past. He learned to open up
to people more. Most of all he learned the value of working as team.
Through the course of the season we learned his stoic demeaner often
hid a very emotional man. Andros life got much better after meeting the
Turbo Rangers. He got his best friend and sister back. He made new
friends and helped save the universe from evil.
