The Aqua Base was constructed by Lightspeed Rescue. It was an underwater command center fully staffed and equiped to support the Lightspeed Power Rangers. It featued a command ops, a lab, and livining quarters. In the lab Anglea Fairweather made new gadgets for the Rangers to operate. The demons couldn't reach the Aqua Base due to their inability to enter water. Jinxer was able to hide some badlings in the Ranger's megazord. They took control of it and used it to destory the Aqua Base.
