Chad  worked at a water show. He was brought to the Aqua Base by Dana Mitchill. There Captian Bill Mitchill made Chad the Blue Ligthspeed Ranger. Chad was a very quit guy yet he was a very dedicated student of Martial Arts. He loved the seas and loved to go scuba diving. He became good firends with Kelesy. Chad tried to help Kelsey focus her energy better. A civilain named Brian tried to pick a fight with Chad to prove he was the better figther. Chad refused to fight which caused Brian to ally himself with the demons. Later Chad was able to get through to Brian and save him from the demons. Chad's old martial arts teacher didn't aprove of Chad's Ranger duities. He wanted him to continue studying martial arts full time. Later the teacher realized Chad was doing a good thing. Chad recieved a mega battle from Mrs. Fairweather and Clarke. Chad fell in love with a  mermaid named Marina. The relationship couldn't last since they were from two different worlds.  Chad helped his friends defeat the demons. He returnd his powers to Capitan Mitchill and went on one last aventure with his friends. Chad became a life guard. Chad rejioned his old friends to help the Time Force Rangers against Vypra and Ransik.
