After escaping an exploding island years early, Dr. Tommy Oliver comes to Reefside High to teach high school science. Tommy's new boss is Principal Randal. She is very cold to him and expresses her dislike for the students. School Reporter Cassidy Cornell expresses interest in who Oliver really is ( who is assisted by her friend, Devin). Randal gives three of Oliver's new students; Conner, Kira, and Ethan  detention (with Oliver to Supervise). Conner is a star Soccer Player. Kira is an aspiring musican and Ethan is a computer geek. The three clash over each others personalty's. Oliver takes them to a museum he was planing to go to. When the museum is closed, he tells the three to go see if they can find something prehistoric. Oliver is confronted by a robot dinosuar. He is able to narrowly escape its wrath. Oliver's  three students accidently find a  secret base in the woods. They  take the dino gems, thinking they are prehistoric enough. A new evil threat (named Mesogog_ senses the gems are in their possession and sends Tranadrones after them. The three find that the dino gems have given them special powers. Conner has the power to stop time, making him seemingly move in a split second. Ethan has the power to give himself super strength. Kira gains the power to create blasts with her vioce. The three defeat their opponents and meet Dr, Oliver. They decide not to tell him what happened since he would think they were weird. Kira decides to give her Dino Gem to Ethan and Conner since she wants out. She is captured by Mesogog's forces soon after. 

Conner and Ethan decide to go to Dr. Oliver for help. They go to his house and find it empty. They than find out that the secret base belongs to Dr. Oliver.  Oliver tells them that he helped create the very evil that threatens Reefside. He was doing experiments with Dinosuar DNA  with Dr. Anton Mercer. Mercer disapeared and an evil being named Mesogog arrived. He took their work and used it for evil. Dr. Oliver goes to look for Kira, the others insist on coming with him. He allows them to when he sees that the gems have bonding with them. Kira is interrogated by Mesogog and his henchman Elsa. She is able to escape using her new power. She journies though a portal and ends up with her new friends. The group  is attacked by Tranadrones and Zeltrax ( another one of Mesagog's henchman). Oliver takes his students home after the battle, promising to tell them everything after school the next day. Mesogog decides to send out his gigantic Bio Zords to attack the city.  Tommy informs the teens that they since they have bonded with the Dino Gems, Mesogog will stop at nothing to get them. Tommy gives them three morphers to become Power Rangers. The new Rangers use their powers to take control of Mesogog's Bio Zords, turning them into Dino Zords. They form a the Thundersuarus Megazord and face off against Zeltrax's Flying Machine. They destory the flying machine ( Zeltrax escapes). Oliver tells the trio that things are far from over and that their services are needed as Rangers. He tells them that he believes in them and that he will tell them more about himself in time. 

Ethan introduces his two new friends two a cyber cafe he likes  to hang out at. The Rangers meet its owner (Hayley) who seems to know a lot  about them. They also meet Trent (one of Haley's new workers). Conner tries out for a soccer team but his Ranger duties interfere with the tryout . He decides to quit being a Ranger. Oliver gives the Rangers their Raptor Cycles and they defeat Mesogog's latest plan. Conner decides to stay a Power Ranger. Dr. Oliver is kidnapped by Mesogog.

The Rangers realize Dr. Oliver is missing and go to the lab to find out what is wrong. They find tapes of all the old Power Rangers adventures. The three students learn their teacher is a former Power Ranger. They also find out Hayley is working with him. She built their morphers and all their tech. She reveals that Tommy has been kidnapped. As Hayley works on a  way to find Dr. Oliver, the Rangers watch more of   Power Rangers history. Mesogog tries to get Dr. Oliver to open a new power source.

Hayley helps the Rangers find a way into Mesogog's layer. She gives the Rangers their new motorcycles. After a long fight the rangers get into Meosgog's lab and rescue their teacher. Oliver takes the power source with him. During the battle the power source is opened and the Black Dino Gem is revealed. Dr. Oliver uses a morpher he had Hayley make, to morph into the Black Dino Ranger. He gets his new Brachio Zord. Together he and the Rangers are victorious.

Kira reveals to the Rangers that she is friends with a popular pop diva named Kylee Styles. But Kayla has lost her way and doesn't talk to her anymore. Tommy finds  out Dr. Mercer is still a live and that he is Trent's father. Mercer brushs Tommy off.. Mesogog sends  a monster to drain  youth out of people. Kylee gets hit and loses her good looks. The Rangers are able to defeat Mesogog's plan and Kylee remembers where she came from. All the youth is restored to everyone.

Ethan spends all his time trying to crack the code of a video game at the cyber cafe. He misses a training meeting with the Rangers Mesogog sends monster to trap Ethan in the video game. When Kira and Conner look for Ethan they meet Mesogog's Monster. Kira gets stuck in the video game with Ethan. The two eventually get out and the Ranger's foil Mesgogos plans. Some characters from the video game (triptiods) jion Mesogog's army.

The rangers defeat another one of Mesogog's monsters. Zeltax and Elsa are distressed by this. Zetrax makes a clone of himself named Golden Rod. Meanwhile Trent has a disagreement with his dad about working at the cyber cafe. Tommy finds out Trent is Mercer's adopted son. Mercer buys the Cyber Cafe's land away from Hayley's landlord ( he wants Trent to run manage it). Golden Rod proves to be a major threat to the Rangers. Tommy is able to use his Black Ranger Power to defeat the gigantic Golden Rod. Tommy and the gang are able to stop Mercer from buying the cyber cafe. Trent finds the inviso portals in his dad's office and wonders what his father's connection to them  is.

Mercer tells Trent to calm down and that he has been working too hard. Elsa uses a dino egg to try and trick the Rangers. She plants it at an archeolgy dig that Dr. Oliver takes his students too. Principal Randal decides to accompany the students on their dig. Tommy and Randal start to get get closer.  The Rangers find the Dino eggs. Trandrones immidiatly ambush the Rangers. The Rangers are able to defeat the tranadrones. Oliver defends Randal during the attack. The Rangers take the egg back to the base and try to figure out whats inside. Randal takes the real egg and reveals herself as Elsa with no one around ( she made a switch and the Rangers soon relaize their egg is a fake). Elsa unleahs the Stegozord zord from with the dino egg. The Rangers have trouble against the new zord. Mesogog sends a monster to help the zord. Oliver uses his morpher to gain control of the Stagozord, allowing the Rangers to destoy Mesogog latest monster. Mesogog is angered at the latest failure but orders Elsa to continue to get closer to Oliver (Elsa seems to almost like Oliver a little, despite her protests. )

Conner and Ethan are in awe when a popular tv star comes to the cyber cafe. The star is very rude and self absorbed. Cassidy wants to prove she is just as good as her. Meanwhile Mercer wants Trent to prepare to take over the family bussiness. Mesogog has eyes for the movie star and captures her to use her DNA. Oliver is busy searching for a new dino egg. The movie star escapes Mesogog's layer and the Rangers protect the star. Devin saves her, which impresses the star greatly.  The Rangers defeat the lastest mosnter with help from a new zord (hatched from the newest Dino Egg). Devin gets to be an extra on the movie's star's show, much to Cassidy's dislike. Conner and Ethan learn the movie star is a snob.

Mesogog has Elsa retrieve a Dino Gem he had hidden from the Rangers. Oliver immidiatly detects it when  the gem was moved . Cassidy and Devin go on a quest to find the idenities of the Rangers so they can get professional news jobs.Trent sees Mercer enter an inviso portal. Trent goes through the portal and ends up in Mesogog's lab. He finds the White Dino Gem, which takes control of him ( turning him into the evil White Ranger). The Rangers struggle to fight their new foe. He seems almost unstoppable. The Rangers wonder how they are going to fight this new threat. Trent demorphs in a daze.

The White Ranger begins energizes a new dino egg with his power. The White Ranger demorphs. Trent tries to go to work but Hayley sends him home when he appears sick. The Rangers track down the White Ranger's dino egg along with  another one. Cassidy gets cheated by a kid who claims to know the White Ranger's idenity. Conner and Kira try to get the White Dino Egg away from the White Ranger but do not fair well. Meanwhile Mesogog has Elsa send out a monster to make sure niether of his enimies get the other Dino Gems. Kira and Conner are forced to retreat from  the White Ranger, so they can engage the new monster. They meet Ethan and Dr. Oliver, who have found a new zord that was  inside the other Dino Egg. Conner, Ethan, and Kira use their zords against the latest monster. Dr. Oliver tries to get the White Dino Egg away from the White Ranger. He gets side tracked by  Zeltrax ( who came to capture the White Ranger to impress his master). Dr. Oliver once again defeats  his rival. The Rangers defeat Mesogog's monster with help from their new zord. Cassidy is once again tricked by the kid who gave her phoney info about the White Ranger. Dr. Oliver is unable to get to the White Dino Egg in time and watches as it grows to mammoth porportions. The White Ranger plans to use his new White Dragozord against the Rangers.

The Rangers battle the White Ranger's new Dragozord with the thunderous megazord. When Oliver sees his students in trouble he summons the Stegozord to lend a hand. The White Ranger uses his power to take the zord over. He  combines it with the Dragozord to form a new megazord The Rangers  are damaged. Oliver uses telepathy to take over the Stegozord and send the White Ranger retreating. Oliver says  his contol of the Stagozord is only temporay. Cassidy and Devin return to the cyber cafe after their latest debatical.  Later, Devin sees the White Ranger start to demoprh but gets knocked out as he sets his video camera up. Oliver tells the teens to take a break and  have fun. Conner sees Trent while he is playing soccer and  follows him when he sees Trent doesn't look well. When he get separted from Trent Conner gets ambushed by the White Ranger. Conner unlocks some special powers and actually goes toe to toe with the White Ranger for awhile. Meanwhile the Tommy and Kira use the  extra zords (zords collected over the last few episodes)  against Mesogog's monster. It is the same one they last defeated (but upgraded). Ethan goes to help Conner but has to face an army of tranadrones. Mesogogs arrives at the Red ranger and White Ranger battle. He offers the White Ranger a deal but the evil Ranger refuses and leaves. Mesogog leaves Conner in piece, hoping he will lead him to the White Ranger again. Ethan gets to Conner after escaping the tranadrones. Mesogog sends his monster after the White Ranger. The White Ranger regains control of the Stegozord and uses his megazord to defeat the monster. Devin tells Cassidy he has footage of the White Ranger and races to get his camera at home. While trying to retrieve a scanner Tommy accidently finds the White Ranger's base. He  discovers that Trent is the White Ranger. The white Ranger uses a device to freeze Tommy before he can tell Hayley of his discovery.

Hayley tells the Rangers about Dr. Olivers predicament. She says he has been fossilized and she can't get him out right away. The Rangers want to find the identiy of the White Ranger so they can stop him once and for all. Mesogog forces look  as well ( so they can get him to jion their side). Trent quits his job at the cyber cafe. Kira tries to talk to him but gets interrupted when Cassidy comes in saying that Devin has video of the White Ranger's idenity.  Devin tells Cassidy he let his sister barrow the camera. Kira sees that Trent is gone. Elsa makes a device to track the White Ranger. The villians find that the White Ranger has morphed. Elsa and Zeltrax race to catch him. The White Ranger fights the henchman. The other Rangers arrive, sending the villians retreating. Kira uses her power up mode against the White Ranger. The White Ranger hurts her and is about to kill her when Trent's personality temporally takes over. He prevents himself from hurting his friend. Conner and Ethan  use their super dino modes to weaken the White Ranger. Kira finds Trent and finds out he is the White Ranger. Trent tells her he is being forced into being the White Ranger. Kira goes for help as Mesogog's forces locate Trent again. Tranadrones capture Trent and bring him to Mesogog's lair where the main villian is shocked to see Anton' Mercers son is the White Ranger. He tells Trent that the gem is making him evil and that he should give in to it so he can jion him. Trent refuses and the White Ranger powers  become active again . The White Ranger escapes and activates his megazord. The Rangers ( not knowing if they can trust Trent) use their own megazord. Armed with a new zord Hayley has given them they send the White Ranger retreating.  Cassidy finds out Devin's sister had a baby and taped the delivery over the White Ranger footage. Trent tracks down Kira and tells her the White Gem is taken him over. He say he is leaving since he can't trust himself anymore.

Trent begins his long journey away from civilization. He runs into Devin and Cassidy ( who are looking for the White Ranger) . They watch has a metoer impacts the Earth. They are greeted by the rangers ( who have also come to investigiate the metoer   (as a possible way of freeing Olivier from the amber). Mesogog sends one of his monsters to retrieve the meteor. Unforunatly the monster is a wimp. The Rangers fight the tranadrones with Trent's help. The metoer changes th everyone's personality by battles end. The monster becomes a bad ass, Kira a valley girl, Conner a brain, Ethan a jock, Devin becomes a disco guy, and Cassidy becomes a nerd. The Rangers get caught up in their new personalties as they worry about battling Mesogog's monster. Even in their new personalities the Rangers are able to defeat the monster ( with a little help from Trent whose White Ranger personality wad turned good ). The Rangers retrieve the meteor fragment and everyone is restored to normal. Hayley uses the metor fragment  as a power source to free Oliver from the amber. Oliver is freed but he can't demorph for some reason.

The Rangers are shocked to learn that Dr. Oliver can't demorph. Oliver believes it to be some wierd side effect. The White Ranger remerges and attacks the city in his megazord. The Rangers race to fight the White Ranger.  Trent is able to trap the two of the Ranger's  zords. After the battle the Rangers wonder how they can free their zords. Oliver sends thm back to school till he knows more.  Randal tells Kira and Ethan that Oliver better not be faking his illness. Conner runs into Trent ( who has the power to blend into things because from his Dino Gem). Unfortunatly Trent is now fully under the control of the gem even in his unmorphed form. Conner and Trent fight until one of Mesogog's monsters intervenes. The monster infects Trent with something before he goes off. Trent reveals to Conner that he is back to normal. He tells the Rangers to meet him for a peace offering. Trent gives Tommy a new black ATV but soon reveals everything to be a trap. He made a deal with Mesogog. Tommy is sent driving uncontrollably on the black ATV as Trent chases him on his own ATV . The Rangers deal with Mesogog's monster. Oliver escapes Trent's trap and the monster is sent retreating. Trent leaves himself, after Oliver tries to warn the White Ranger that Mesogog will double cross him.  The Rangers capture Mesogog's monster in an attempt to use him to free their zords. Trent stops them and reprograms the captured zords  to his  side. The Rangers use their megazord to battle Trent's ( with his new upgrades). Mesogog doublecrosses Trent (sending his monster after him). Trent destorys the monster and leaves the battle. Hayley reprograms the Black ATV to work for the Rangers. Mesogog is frustrated that the White Ranger has escaped him agian. Mesogog forcibly demorphs into Mercer and leaves his base. Trent blends into the lab walls as Mercer leaves.

The Rangers wonder how Trent will act in school with his new attitude. Trent is called to Randal's office. Randal is concerned with Trent's grades going down. Trent assures her he is okay and that he doesn't need to jion anyone's team. Dr. Mercer takes over Oliver's class  ( much to the Rangers surprise). Kira helps Oliver do some work at the lab. Oliver assures Kira that Mercer is a great teacher. Kira finds some strange bone which Olvier quickly hides. Mercer takes his students on a field trip of his musem. Kira thinks she sees a Tranadrone and invistigates. Her mind is taking over by some strange creature. Kira alienates herself from the other Rangers. She tricks Tommy into leaving  the lab so she can steal the bone. The bone makes the strange creature come alive ( quickly discarding Kira). Oliver tells Conner and Ethan that the bone was a peice to a dinosuar he created with Mercer. The monster got out of control and needed to be dissambled. Connor and Ethan use their zords against the new monster (as Tommy faces Zeltrax and the tripods). The monster overwhelms the Rangers. Tommy sends Zeltrax and the tripods retreating. Hayley finds Kira in the mesuem (who is now free of the monster's control). Kira jions her friends and helps them destory the mind controlling monster.  Mercer tries to find a way to stop Mesogog from remerging but he finds himself forcibly morphing back into the evil dinosuar.

One of Conner's soccer friends has a bad aim and hits Ethan's computer. The guy tires to bully Ethan. Ethan stands up for himself. Mesogog tells Zeltrax to not let his vendetta against  Oliver get in the way of capturing the White Ranger.  When Mesogog leaves Trent appears and offers a deal. He will help Zeltrax destory Oliver if Zeltrax helps him defeat Mesogog. Kira helps Oliver clean up some old stuff. Kira sees a picture to Tommy with the orginal Power Rangers. She also sees a picture of Tommy with Anton Mercer and an old rival named Terence Smith (Smitty). Oliver says that Smitty was in line against him  for a job with Mercer. Smitty didn't get the job and went to work for another company, where he had an accident. Ethan has another run in with the Bully when Zeltrax arrives with a Termine monster. As Ethan is about to morph but Cassidy and Devin try to get the scoop on the battle ( preventing Ethan from morphing,since he is in public). Kira morphs and helps Ethan. Ethan sneaks away and morphs. Zeltrax and the monster retreat. They tell the Rangers to tell Oliver to give himself up or the monster will be unleashed on the city. Ethan, Kira, and the bully get detention for being late for Mercer's class. Ethan and Bully agree to fight after school. Conner and Oliver go to meet with Zeltrax 's monster. Ethan and Kira go to jion them after detention. The Rangers destory the monster. Zeltrax makes the monster grow. The Rangers use their zords against the monster,forming the Thunderasuarus Megazord. Zeltrax appears and fights Oliver. Tommy learns that Zeltrax is indeed his old rival, Terence Smith. It seems after his accident Mesogog rebuilt Smitty as a robot. Oliver defeats Zeltrax again, causing him to retreat. Tommy is upset that his old rival is Zeltrax.  The Rangers destory the monster. Mesogog  catches Trent with Zeltrax (with one of those mental punishments he uses). He says that Zeltrax told him of Trent's plan to overthow him. He demands loyalty from his son. Trent promises he is loyal to his father. Ethan helps the Bully improve his soccer game instead of fighting him. The bully apoligizes.

Kira and Connor meet Ethan at the Cyber Cafe during night time. They wonder why he wasn't at the library where they were supposed to work on their social studies reports.  Ethan tells them he is watching  TV because Hayley just got satilite tv with 900 channels. The Rangers descover a show in Japan made about them. They decide to watch. The Rangers on the show are hanging around at their base. The Blue Ranger notes that an American baseball player named Wacker Wilson is coming to Japan. He thinks he only cares about money. The Black Ranger gets sick off of the Blue Ranger's curry. The villians send out a monster that gives people bad hair cuts. The Rangers show up and battle him. The monster tries to give Wacker Wilson a bad hair cut. But he uses a baseball bat to send the monsters powers back at him ( to give  the monster his own hair cut). The monster retreats promptly. Conner starts to get frustrated with the japense protrayal of the Rangers. Kira and Ethan try to get him to watch it first. The Blue Ranger on the show helps Wacker Wilson with a bad back. Wacker offers to make him famous but blue declines because their are other things more important than money.  The hair monster returns and gives wacker a bad hair cut. When the Blue Ranger sees Wacker again he notices that he is greedy .Connor leaves to go work on his report in disgust (but forgets his back pack).  It turns out the bad haircuts are making everyone greedy. Connor comes back for his back pack and decides to give the show a chance. The monster throws  giant change at the Blue Ranger. The  Red and Yellow Tangers show up to help the Blue Ranger battle the monster. The Black Ranger shows up with change holders for the Rangers. They fill up fast as the monster throws more change at the Rangers. Blue decides to break Wacker out of the spell with his love for baseball. He throws his changer holder  at Wacker. Wacker Wilson uses a bat to hit the monster with the change holder. The monster is in shocked but recovers. The Rangers use their weapons to destory the monster. The Rangers say good bye to Wacker Wilson. The Blue Ranger realizes that maybe Wacker Wilson doesn't care all about money. Connor enjoys the show so much he does his social studies report on the differences between Americana and japense culture. He finishs it up the next day as he watches a rerun of the episode the Rangers watched. As the Rangers head out a new group of teens watch the latest episode of the japenese show.

Kira and Devin get internships at channel 3. Kira gets to work on the site of a popular kids show. The host is far from friendly. Devin doesn't like his job miontering sercurity tapes either. Elsa, Zeltrax,and Trent moniter  the show . Elsa thinks the hosts fish costumed sidekick ( named Marti) would make a good monster. Zeltrax and Trent fight over who is number 1. They agree to fight it out to settle the score. Elsa attacks the set of the kids show with her tranadrones. Kira morphs and fights them ( while the sercurity cameras are watching her). Elsa accidently traps the host of the show in a tv. She does get Marti though. Kira and the others take the host  to the Ranger's base where Hayley tries to find a way to free him. Meanwhile Elsa uses the geo randomizer to turn Marti into a fish monster named Mad Makeral. Trent and Zeltrax fight in a deserted mountain. Mad Mackeral begins capturing all the citizens of Reefside in his bate jar. The Rangers go to fight him. When he tries to reel the Rangers in with his fishing pole they use their combined wieght to break it ( sending him retreating). Hayley tells the Rangers that they can use a device she gives them  to reverse the polarity of the fish monster blast to free the host (its similar to the one Elsa used to trap the host). If they destory the monster, Marti will be returned to normal. The Rangers fight the monster again and our able to get him to fire his blast. They free the host and then free all the people from the bate jar. The Rangers destory Mad Mackeral with the zords, freeing Marti. Trent defeats Zeltrax in battle to become second in command to Mesogog. The host has a change of heart and becomes all jolly. Kira starts to enjoy her new job and realizes some things get better if you stick with them. Devin tells the Rangers he has footage of the Yellow Ranger on tape. The tape gets messed up in a punch bowl before he can view it.

After sparing, Trent has a talk with Anton. Anton tells Trent he never wanted him to be evil. Mesogog is not him, just a strange mutation. Mercer caused the mutation when he did experiments with Dinosuar DNA. He has no desire to bring the world back into prehistoric times and wants Trent to be good. Trent tells him its too late. Elsa gets  a new look. Devin thinks Cassidy needs a clone because she is so busy all the time. Zeltrax makes a copying monster in an attempt  to please Mesogog. The monster makes copies of Cassidy. Devin ends up really confused. The Rangers have trouble with the new monster because it can copy their weapons and use them against them.Trent looks forward to the challenge of defeating the monster. Mesogog sees his lab broken and finds out Trent did it. He captures Trent and begins hitting him with beams of energy to destory him. Trent denies betraying Mesogog. Mercer resurfaces and is able to free his son. A blast hits  the White Dino Braclet and Trent returns to his old self. Mercer tells him that the White Dino Gem is now free of the evil encoding. Trent can now use his powers for good. As Mercer begins to turn into Mesogog he tells his son to leave. Trent promises not to betray his secret  and leaves. The Rangers face the copy monster.  Trent show up to help ,baffling the Rangers. He uses his super dino mode to destory the monster.  The monster grows to giant size and the Ranger face him in  zords. Zeltrax shows up to fight Oliver and Trent gives Oliver a hand. After Zeltrax retreats Trent tries to tell Oliver about his change of heart. The Rangers destory the copy monster. Cassidy returns to normal. Oliver calls the teens back to  Dino Ops, where he reveals Trent is good again. Trent tells them the Dino Gem's hold on him is gone. They agree to give him a chance.

The Rangers are glad that Trent is back to his old self and working for Hayley. Trent feels guilty that he can't tell the Rangers about his father being Mesogog. Conner tries to make friends with a foriegn exchange student that is good at soccer but  is brushed off. Zeltrax comes up with a plan to destory the Rangers. He uses energy from the new White Ranger Clone  to create a powerful monster named Tarasuarus. Zeltrax, the White Ranger Clone, and the new monster attack the three core Rangers. The Rangers think Trent has returned to the dark side. The real Trent shows up and causes the villians to retreat. Back at Dino Ops, Oliver tells the teens that the White Ranger is a clone and the new monster has traces of the White Ranger's energy in him. Conner starts to distrust Trent. Oliver takes Trent on a mossion and tells the others to sit tight. Conner , Ethan, and Kira fight the returning monster. The monster steals the zords and defeats the Rangers in battle. Oliver has Trent use his powers to  unearth an ancient artifact. Trent has trouble controling the thing and somehow Conner can sense this. Conner shows up to help retrieve the artifact. Oliver tells Conner that this means he is the one to use the Trassic Shield since he is the one most  interfaced with the dino energy. Oliver explains that every Ranger has to give  a part of themself to the shield. Conner returns with the others to battle the monster. Oliver shows up with the shield once he gives his energy to it. Kira and Ethan give their powers up to Conner. Conner morphs into the Trassic Ranger and destorys the monster. Conner makes peace with the foriegn exchange student and finds out he only brushed him off because he wasn't used to  speaking english.

Kira gets good news but everyone is too busy to listen. Trent is covering for Hayley ( who is helping Conner master the simulation of a new zord). Hayley is also trying to bring the new zord online. Ethan is way to busy trying to find a online date. Kira reveals the Cassidy that a producer is going to help her make a music video. Cassidy is less than thrilled and has something important to work on apparently. Conner and Ethan go to get  a machine part that will allow Hayley to bring the new zord on online. Kira meets with her new producer but he tries to change her in the name of making her a star. Esla finds out that the Rangers have ordered a part from Mercer's company. Mesagog orders that the Rangers be stopped. Conner and Ethan are able to get the part to Hayley in one peice after a fight with Tranadrones. Zeltrax unviels a new version of his flying machine. He plans to use against the Ranger's new megazord. Kira comes back from the producer and realizes his changes aren't for  her. The Rangers battle a robot centipede as Zeltrax piolets his flying machine. Conner, Ethan, and  Kira use the megazord against the robot. The robot leaves after faring well against the Rangers. The Rangers jion Dr. Oliver on the ground. The zords are called for again as the need arises,  but Zeltrax has them locked in the Brachio Zord (the carrier is damaged  ). Conner uses the Trassic Powers and his new zord (the Mezadon Rover) to battle the returning centepede. Tommy enters Zeltrax's ship to battle his old foe. Conner uses the Mezadon Rover to destory the centepede. Tommy tries to reason with Smitty but is forced to destory him. The ship explodes but Oliver is able to escape, saddened that Smitty/Zeltrax is gone. Ethan descovers that Cassidy is his online date. Kira does a concert and shoots a music video.

The Rangers battle Mesogog's forces as they try to stop them from using a satilight. The rangers destory the statilight. Kira is confused when Ethan starts acting all funny. She finds out he has been hanging out with Cassidy. Ethan say Cassidy isn't so bad once you get to know her and that Kira should try to be her friend. Kira tries to get Cassidy a job a a reporter at the tv station she interns at. It ends up being a job covering a petting zoo. Elsa plots to take over the TV stations statilight. The take  over is halted by Kira.  Mesogog sends down a monster . The monster becomes a virus and takes over the satilight. Meanwhile Elsa, the White Ranger attack the Tranadrones to keep the Rangers busy. Trent, Ethan, and Kira  battle Elsa and Tranadrones to get to the sattilight.. Conner battles the evil White Ranger clone. The sattilight begins to cut through Jupiter's atmosphere. If the Rangers don't stop it , it will end all human life on Earth. Conner goes  Trassic to battle the evil White Ranger clone ( Kira and Ethan don't demoprh this time because of  some alterations Hayley made to he Trassic powers). Conner is able to badly defeat the White Ranger Clone with his Trassic Powers. . Ethan and Kira get to the sattilight and stop the virus. Conner uses the Mezadon Rover in Megazord mode to destory the monster. Elsa retreats from her battle with Trent.  Cassidy ( after having a terrible time in the poeting zoo) gets the whole Ranger fight on tape. She impresses her new boss at the tv station. Cassidy actually thanks Kira for her big break.

Tommy calls the DinoThunder Rangers back to base. He explains that Hayley can use his Dino Gem to make him visible again. Hayley thinks it is too dangerous but Oliver insists. Haylay uses the gem on Tommy but things don't go according to plan. Tommy comes back visible but  in a  coma ( his Dino Gem is damaged as well ). At the hospital the doctor doesn't know if Tommy will come out of it. Elsa finds  a new power source made from the same materials as the Dino Gems. White Ranger recreates his Tarasuras. Elsa places her power source on  the monster, giving him the ability to take the Rangers powers away. Tommy battles Zeo Ranger 5 in a dream like state. The Rangers battle the new Tarasuraus. Cassidy gets an assignment to get Ranger battle footage. Tarasuraus strips the Rangers of their powers and leaves. Cassidy arrives and is puzzled to why the Rangers are missing. Tommy begins to battle the his old White Ranger form . Cassidy is told by her producer to run a story saying that the Rangers are done. Devin says he won't help her because it is wrong. The powerless Rangers battle Tarasuarus as Tommy faces off against his Green Ranger form. Cassidy runs the story but says she thinks the Power Rangers are not gone.  Tommy refuses to give up. His three forms appear together and tell him that he passed the test. His will to survive was stronger than any of their powers. Tommy awakens with his Dino Gem repaired. He arrives to help the team. He morphs and uses Super Dino Mode for the first time. He defeats the Tarasuarus and returns the Ranger's Powers. They use the Thundersuraus Megazord against the gigantic Tarasuarus. Using their Super Dino modes, they power up the Megazord in order to destory the monster. Back at Dino Ops Oliver thanks the team for supporting him through all his problems. The Rangers are just glad to have him back to normal. 

The Passion of Conner

Conner tries to impress a girl that is trying to save a historic tree. The tree is being cut down to build a parking lot.  Conner tries to help his friend (Christa) in a protest to save the tree. Christa finds out Conner doesn't care about the tree and gets mad. Mesogog wants Elsa to get some precious nector from the tree, it will give him enteral life. Zeltrax remerges, now a free agent, in hopes of getting the nector for himself . He is able to take the nector he needs and turns the tree into a powerful monster. The Rangers learn of Zeltrax's return.  Hayley tells the team that the tree was above a spring that acted as a fountain of youth. Mesogog needs the tree because without it the spring is useless. The Rangers battle the tree monster and  the evil White Ranger's Megazord. Conner combines the Mezodon Megazord with the axiullary zords to form the Tricera Max Megazord. He is able to send the White Ranger retreating.Tommy and Trent battle Zeltrax. Zeltrax uses the remains of the tree to get the final power he needs, obtaining a more powerful form. He kidnaps Christa as Conner follows. Conner looks from deep with himself to obtain his battlizer. He uses his power up to save Christa. In a great battle Conner defeats Zeltrax returning him to his normal form. Zeltrax vows to return. Conner and Christa plant a new tree in the old one's place.

Isn't It Lavaly

Mesogog informs Elsa that they need to find Zeltrax and destory him. He is out of control and no longer on their side. Elsa tells him the White Ranger Clone  is already on Zeltrax's tail. After studying volcanos in class, Dr. Oliver  informs this class that their is going to be a subsitute teacher the next day. The Rangers beg Oliver not to say it is Mercer. Oliver promises them it is an expert on Volcano's. He says he is taking the day off to search for Zeltrax.  Ethan is ready to defend his video game title  at a yearly contest (that is going to be held at the cyber cafe).  Devin informs Cassidy that he is unavaliable to her till after the next day. Cassidy wonders how she will go through her day without Devin's help.  Ethan is confident he is going to win the video game contest. The next day Cassidy is late to class as the substitute is teaching. She is a mess without Devin.  Randal listens in on the subsitute's lecture and finds out a volcano was once  active in Reefside. After class she  abducts the sub and turns  him into a monster with the geo randomizer. She plots to make the volcano active again.  Conner and Kira become concerned with Ethan's overconfidence. Later the two run into the White Ranger Clone and Zeltrax.  Zeltrax retreats as he  begins to lose energy. Kira and Conner inform Dr Oliver, who explains that Zeltrax is losing energy and needs  Mesogog to recharge him. The Rangers battle the volcano monster. Oliver weakens the monster so Conner can use his mega battle to destroy the creature. Elsa makes the monster grow.  As the Volcano becomes active Oliver creates a tidal wave to cool it off with his brachio staff. The others use the Thundersuarus Megazord and Stegazord in glide mode to destory  the volcano monster. The subsitute teacher is restored to normal.  Mesogog promises to punish Elsa for losing Zeltrax and failing in the Volanco mission. Ethan plays Devin in the finals of the video game tournament. Devin beats Ethan and becomes the new champion. Ethan can't beleive he lost. Cassidy can't beleive Devin left her only to  win a video game contest.
