Comments
This episode set the
tone for what seems to be a very good team up. I
felt like I was wacthing an episode of Ninja Storm for a second there.
And I mean that in a good way. This team up really seems
similar to how "Rienforcements to the Future" was set up. The
thing
that seems
to make this one of the better team ups so far is the fact that
they are
treating the former team as equals to the DT rangers and reintroducing
them,to our world. This wasn't the case in the Lost
Galaxy/Lightspeed team up, which hurt it. I love how we get to see just
how
far the NS rangers have matured. Some people think Shane was wrong to
tell his students to question their motivation since he was the same
way.
I think those people are missing the point. The line is supposed to
show how far the Wind Rangers have come. Besides all teachers say stuff
like that no matter how much of a goof off they were in school. It is
their job to give constructive critism. I love how "Legacy of
Power" really set up the back story for this team up, it gives the DT
rangers a reason to know the NS Rangers and their story ( even if
vagually). Even though Lothor can be a goofy he sure can be bad
ass
when he wants to be. The action was pretty good in the episode, it was
nice seeing
the Ninja powers again. Its funny seeing Abaranger generals with Lothor
when they already appeared in "Lost in Translation". But that type of
thing happens in PR a lot. Remember Dark Spector mysteriously looking
like Maligore? There really isn't too much to complain about this
episode. I wonder if Marah and Karpi are really trying to trick Lothor.
I wouldn't be surprised to see them steal the Thunder Morphers and
Green Samuria Amulet ( to give to the Rangers). This epsiode was a
treat and I think we are in for even more of a
treat next week.
