Thunder Struck Part 2

Tommy joruneys inside Zelzord to save Zelzord zaps the Thundersuarus
Elsa. Megazord.

Tommy battles Zeltrax in the zord. Kira comes into help her teacher.

Oliver and Zeltrax continue to battle. Kira unties Elsa to free her.

The Megazords continue the battle. The Thundersuarus Megazord punches a whole in Zelzord.

Elsa uses the whole to escape the evil Oliver and Zeltrax continue their battle.
zord.

They take their battle outside. Kira and The Rangers try using all the zords'
Tommy destory Zeltrax. powers against Zelzord.

The evil zord survives the attack. It creates a powerful storm to use against
the Rangers.

Oliver tells Conner to self distruct the                    The Rangers mourn the fallen zords and
Megazord. Zelzord is destroyed.            wonder if their mission is now over.

Mesogog reveals that it is not over Mesogog reveals a new more powerful
He survived his' island's distruction. form that dino gem energy gave him.

The Rangers morph for one final battle. The Rangers battle Mesomonster.

Mesomonster sends them flying. Conner tries to attack Mesomonster
from his head.

Devin and Cassidy film the Rangers. Conner activates his battlizer and blasts

Mesomonster.

Mesomonster survives the blast and The Rangers use the power of their gems
begins to duplicate. to destroy Mesomonster.

   The Rangers find out the gems used up                Devin and Cassidy tell the Rangers they
   all their power during the battle. They                  won't reveal their secret. The two are
   prepare to get back to their normal lives.             going to the prom together.

Ethan and Conner meet up and show Oliver and Trent discuss their future
each other their dates. plans with Mercer.

Kira sings for all the students. The Rangers remember their time together as as they here Kira's song

Comments

I have to say this episode was a bit of a disapiontment. As a finalie it left much to be desired. Things just were too rushed. Zeltrax was defeated to easily. Look at all the stuff he came back from in earlier epsiodes. The zord destruction was uneccessary. The Mesomonster battle was good if a bit rushed. Why didn't the writers have Kira as Trent's date, it would have been a nice touch. But instead the whole relationship is left with no closure. I did like how the Rangers used the gems to destory Mesomonster. That was a cool moment and it made sense to have the Ranger's lose their powers that way. The action in the episode was good. It was good to see Devin and Cassidy not make the Ranger's idenities public. Really shows how much Cassidy's grown. I also like how Christa made a cameo. The ending montage while Kira was singing was good. But sad since you knew it was the last scene. The episode itself was good, it just seemed pretty average as a finalie. A lot of DT"s threads weren't fully wrapped up adequately enough. That hurt this episode a lot. Maybe my expectations were too high. It doesn;t stand up with some of the great finalies of the past. But perhaps it is unfair to compare this episode to those. Overall it was a good episode just not tottally satisfactory as a finalie.
