Katherine was orginally a spy for Rita that could turn into cat named PR or a vicsous Monster ( which was quickly destoryed by the Rangers) . As PC she pretended to be Aishia's pet. She also had a human form and pretende to be the Rangers friend. She deveolped a crush on Tommy and seeked to help Rita destory Kimberly. She took Kim's Power Cion along with Tommy's Falcons Zord,. Ninjor was also captured at this piont. Kat helped put Kim through a  terrible schedule designed to drain her out. Kat had already begun to remember who she really was. Rita had put a spell on her  he was really a good person. Rita was able to save Kim before it was too late. This broke the spell Rita had on her. Kat offered to help the Rangers get Ninjor back. The plan backfired and she ended up as Rita and Zedd's prisonor. She tricked Rito into letting her free. She found the pink power cion and was teleported back to the Command Center. Kat revealed to Kim how she got hurt at the Pan Am Global Games ( when she was in a diving competion). She told Kim how she never dived again. To convince Kim to go back to gymnastics she went diving in front of her and Tommy. Kim went back to gymnastics and went off to train for the Pan Global Game. Katherine became the new Pink Ranger. Kat was very timid at first but slowly began to slow her potential as a Ranger.  She became good friends With Tommy. When Master Vile arrived looking for the Zeo Crystal, Kat helped Tommy by pretending to want to be evil again at Zedd and Rita's Palace. Tommy was able to retreive the Zeo Crystal because of her distaction and freed her from Rita and Zedd's evil machine. The two retook the Falconzord. Later the Rangers retrieved Ninjor. After Vile's  first defeat he sent the Earth's timeline backwords. The Rangers were turned into kids and had to rely on the Alien Rangers ( epescially after the power coins were destoryed) Kat went on a zeo quest ( the Rangers had earlier sent the Zeo Crystal scattered through time)  in Austrialia where she meant  her past and future selves. When she was willing to give up her chance at the zeo shard to help her older self get home, Kat was rewarded with her shard of the Zeo Crystal. When she returned home her shard was combined with the others to restore the timeline to normal. Katherine watched as the Zeo Crystal was stolen and the Command Center was destoryed.


Ninjor was the orginal forger of the power coins. He lived in tha mystical temple in the desert of the despair. When the Rangers lost their powers they jorunied through the dessert to Ninjor's temple. Ninjor gave them new ninja powers. He also became the ally in the fight against Rita and Zedd.  Ninjor had the power to make himself grow giganitc. When angered he often times accessed a more powerful battle mode of himself. Ninjor usually rode in on a floating rock to help the Rangers. He as connected to the Rangers through their ninja powers. He also gave the Alien Rangers their battle borgs thousands of years earlier. When the timeline was moved backwards Ninjor lost his link with the Rangers and no longer was able to help them in battle.


Delphine was the White Alien Ranger. She was the leader of the alien Ranger team. She needed to have lots of water. With her team she was able to defend the Earth while the Rangers were children. Once the timeline was returned to normal she returned to Aquitar.


Ceastrio was the Blue Alien Ranger. Like Billy he had a gift for working with technology. He needed to have lots of water. With his team she was able to defend the Earth while the Rangers were children. Once tthe timeline was returned to normal she returned to Aquitar.


Lord Zedd continued to pose a threat to the Rangers. He became annoyed when Rita's bother in law showed up. He did like the tengu worriers he brought. Zedd sent Rito out on a misison with an army of monsters. He was supposed to defeat the Rangers in battle. During the battle the morghing grid was shorted out. The Rangers lost all their zords and powers. When the Rangers gained Ninja powers Lord Zedd tried to gain control of Ninjor's temple. His attempt failed and he continued to attack the Rangers. Zedd used Rita's spy Kat, to steal the Falconzord.He also had Ninjor abducted. He used the two to reconstruct the shogun zords. With the pink power cion in his possession (also stolen by Kat) he had Kimberly captuered. He blackmailed her safe return to get the Rangers to piolet the shogun zords. Kim was rescued and the shotgun zords fell into the Rangers hands. Master Vile (Rita's father) arrived, much to Zedd's jealously. ( Vile turned time backwards and looked to have beaten the Rangers) . Zedd was happy when Vile left. He and Rita destoyed the Ranger's power cioins.  Zedd and Rita ploted to steal the zeo crystal and had the Command Center blown up ( this happened as time had been restored to normal.)


Rita Replusa awa shappy to have her brother juon her aermy. he wa even hapier to have new tengu worriers. Once the Ranger slost their dino powers and gained Ninja opowers Rita tried to attack Ninjor's temple. when her okan failed she turned her atentionback to Earth with her husband Lord Zedd. .Rita used a girl naked Kat to spy on the Rangers. Through her, she was able to obtian the falconzord and pink power cion. Ninjor was also captured. With Zedd she used the captured Kimberly as it to force the rangers into ploting the shotgin zords ( in conquest of the earth) Kimberly was saved and the Rangers gained control of the shotgun zords. Rita tried to target Kimberly and cause her to have nervous break down. This plan was tharted when Kat became free of the evil spell Rita placed on her. Rita tried to get revenge on Kateherine but only lost the pink power coin in the proccees. She was happy when her father arrived,. Once time was turned backwards he was relieved to be bacl in control of earth's conquest ( when her father left). She arranged for the Command Center's destruction and the captue of the Zeo Crystal.


Rito Revolto was Rita's brother. He arrived with a late weedding gift for Zedd and Rita. He gave them tengu worriers and a vampirous egg. Rito led an attack on the Rangers that overloaded the morphing grid. The Rangers were able to defeat Rito with their new ninja powers. Rito wasn't very smart and often times made Zedd angry when he called Zedd, Ed. Zedd and Rita gave Rito control of their powers for a day, to show him how hard being a arch villian really was. Rito and Golder journeyed beneath the Command Center to set a bomb. They were able to escape with the Zeo Crystal before the bomb went off.


Goldar continued to serve Zedd and Rita. He continurd to distrust Rita and found out about the love potion. But when he forced Finister to give Zedd the antedote, he wa shocked to see Zedd really did love Rita. Goldar helped Rito plant a bomb underneath the Command Center. He also helped to steal the zeo crystal


Babbo still hung around Rita and Zedd's palace but served no real purpous at this point

Master Vile arrived to obtian the zeo crystal located between Lord Zedd and Rita's castle. He was Rita and Zedd's father. Lord Zedd felt threatened by the elder sorcer. Master Vile was from the conquered M 55 galaxy. His powerful Glubber monster almost spelled doom for the Rangers. In the end the Rnagers ended up with the zeo crystal and scattered it through time and space. Vile tried to defeat the Rangers by turning time backwards, thus rendering the Rangers and helping childeren. His plan failed with the Alien Rangers showed up to defeat his army of monsters. Vile became frustrated and returned to his own galaxy.

Skull grew tired of his quest of searching for the Power Rangers. He decided to become  a Junior Police Patrol  Officer. He proceeded to bungle every assugnment given to him. Skull drove Lt Stone crazy with his antics.

Ernie

Erine built a outside cafe as an extention of his Juice Bar. Ernie watched PC for Aishia once. PC got lost but Ernie was happy when he found her. Erinie wa snice enough to let Kimberly train at the Juice Bar after hours.
