Before you read this you must take into a count at the transition from Zeo to Turbo was not a clear  and easy transion. Turbo actually begins with  Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. The season took place after the movie. This summery will give you a brief overview of the movie before we get into the series. More about the Turbo movie will be compiled into a movie section at a later date.To understand what is going on you should take in to account a few unexplained things not clearly explained from Zeo. Trey has left earth for unexplained reasons and is not mentioned again throughout the movie or the season. The Rangers still have their zeo powers and Kat even uses hers briefly. But no explanation is given as to why the Rangers needed to change to the Turbo Powers. Bulk, Skull and Lt. Stone have been accepted back into the Jionor Police Partrol. No mention is given for Bulk and Skull's trip to France. No mention is given as to why Stone gave up his detective businiess. All we know is that they have been given one more chance to succeed or get fired again. Lord Zedd and Rita make a cameo in the movie but no mention is given as to why they have not resumed their quest to conquer earth.   On one  last note, the power chamber  has apearently been given a make over for no reason given. This design carries into the Turbo  season ( this version no longer containes the musem of the old mmpr suits) A fan film known as Scorpoin Rain explains some of these mysteries.

The Turbo movies begins with the Rangers  trying to win a karate match ( Tommey, Rocky, and Adam)  to raise money for an orphange. One of the kids in the home is named Justin. His mother had died and his father couldn't take care of him so he was placed in the oprahange. Unfortunatly during practice for the fundairaser, Rocky broke his back and was bed ridden at the hospital till it healed. Justin accidently found out the identiy of the Rangers while trying to visit Rocky at the hospital. Justin hid till the four Rangers left but was discovered by Rocky.

An evil pirate was chasing a mystical being to earth. She wanted to use his powers to open the portal to a lost island located in Earth. This Island was located in the Nemesis Triangle ( kinda like another demension within the earth). Divatox wanted to free an ancient demon and marry him so she can become the ruler of the universe. Divatox was aided by her nephew Elgar and her general Rygog. She used Prunisheheads as her foots soldiers. She followed Lerigiot to Earth.
It seemed the Lergiot was an old friend of Zordons. Tommy and Kat went to find Lergiot in the jungles of Aferica. The two Rangers found Lergiot before it was too late ( Earths enivronment couldn't sustain him long). The Rangers took Lergiot back to the Power Chamber where they learned of Divatox's plan.Unfortuantly the Rangers found out Divatox had Lergiot's wife and son. She has also captured Jason and Kimberly ( yes the two orginal Rangers who were aparently were  gonna surprise the Rangers with a visit). The Rangers tried to get their friends back but the whole thing ended up with Lergiot having to give himself up for his family and the former Rangers. Divatox didn't comply and refused to return her hostages. Meanwhile Divatox also captured Bulk and Skull.

Divatox immidiatly continued to the gateway of the island's demension ( the island itself was called Myranthuis). The Rangers used new turbo technology to create new powers based off of cars. Once their powers were completed each range recivied their new  powers ( plus new  turbo zords). Rocky's powers were left till a replacement could be found. The Rangers entered their new turbo zords and raced to a abandoned  magical ship that could lead them to the Nemisis Triangle. The Rangers could open the gate to it like Lergoit since their turbo keys ( keys that activated their morphers) were made after Lergiots' own original key.

The Rangers made it to the ship when Rocky's new zord showed up. Out of the zord poped out Justin. He announced that Zordon sent him in Rocky's place and made him a Power Ranger. The adult Rangers seem confused as to why Zordon sent young Justin to help but continued on without much of a protest. The Rangers used the Ghost Gallon to follow Divatox's submarine to the Nemesis Triangle. Divatox sent some Putra Pods to stop them. The Rangers were able to defeat them and pressed on. Divatox forced Lerigot to let her into the nemisis tirangle. The five Rangers used their power to follow her in.

Realizing she was being followed, Divatox used her torpedos to destory the the ghost gallon. The Rangers cleverly escaped with their zords. Divatox meant the followers of Maligore ( Indian like people). She went to the Valcaeo where Maligore was kept. The Rangers activated their turbo powers and raced to stop her. Divatox sacrificed Kim  and Jason to Maligore. The two former rangers arose from the valcano and were now under Maligores evil control (and had super strengh). The Rangers made it to the cave and were forced to fight Jason and Kim, along with some Paruntiesheads. Fortunalty Lergoit and his wife were able to break the spell the two former Rangers were under. Jason and Kim freed the two magical creatures ( and their son). Jason and Kim raced to saftey with them. Maligore than arose from his prision  after Divatox through Elgar into the valcano. But not even Divatox could control the evil demon.  The Rangers were  forced to retreat . Maligore followed them and grew to giant sized. The Rangers  combined their Turbo zords and made them big. They than combined their zords to form the Turbo megazord. Using the Turbo megazord saber they were able to defeat Maligore and caused the valcano that had held hiim to errupt. Kim,  Jason. Lergoit ( and his family),  along with Bulk and Skull were taken to saftey inside the Turbo Megazord.) The Rangers raced to saftey. Lerigot returned to his homeworld with his family. Divatox escaped and vowed revenge. Jason took Rocky's place in the martial arts match. The three teens won the tournament and won the money to donate to the orphange as the movie ends.

The turbo season picked up where the movie left off. As the season began the Rangers were getting reay to graduate from High School. Divatox  returned and wanted to get revenge on the Rangers for ruining her wedding plans. She immiditaly tried to ruin their gradutation.

Meanwhile Justin passed  an  equilvancy test and found out he was a genius. Justin was immidaitly placed in high school. Rocky told Justin he could keep his powers since he was gonna concetrating his time on his new martial arts school. Bulk and Skull (still police officers) got turned into chimps by  Elgar( he survivied the valcano fall after all)..

The Rangers were able to use their powers to stop Divatox and her plans with enough time to graduate. Unfotunaly they now had a new threat  to worry about . The Rangers were able to gradute without incident however.

Lts. Stone retired from the Angel Grove Police Department and took over the Juiice Bar in place of Ernie( who had been called back into  the reserves).  He immdiatly adopted the now Chimp versions of Bulk and Skull ( not knowing who they really were). A warm hole opended to Eltar. Zordon informed the rangers that the worm hole would allow him to escape his interdemensional time warp and return home to Eltar.

Divatox tried to close the worm hole and  the Rangers raced to stop her. The Rangers stopped Dviatox's evil plan. They said goodbye to Zordon and Alpha 5 as  the two left for Eltar. Dimitria came to take Zordon's place and the Rangers meant Alpha 6.

The Rangers struggled to get used to their new mentor along with their new nemsis. They also sought after new jobs. Tommey trained to be an race car driver, adam became a sunt man( also a high school soccer coach), Tonya worked at a radio station, and Kat became a student teacher. Justin began attending classes at Angel Grove High. He had to adjust to being the only kid in school.

Divatox routinely attacked with her monsters ( given to her by her servent Porto, who was introed at the beginnning of the season). Divatox also placed detenators that the Rangers hade to routinly stop. The Rangers always succeeded in destroying  her monsters and always stopped  the detinator plots. A new robot worrier came from the future with a message for the Rangers ( his name was the Blue Centrion). The Rangers learned about the mellenium message. Divatox captured the Centurion and saw his message. She learned of the melleium message where all evil wiould jion forces and conquer the universe. She learned that only one force could stop it from happening. She reprogramed the Blue Centriuon to think the Rangers were evil. The Rangers were able to  retsore the Blue Centrion's programming but found out that  most of the mellenium message had been erased. The Rangers were left wondering just what it meant. The Blue Centroiun remained and became a powerful alley to the Rangers.

Two new teens named Alsley and Carlos were introduced. The two become fast friends.  Divatox seems to attack the Rangers when they are around for some reason.  Divatox came up with a plan to beat the Rangers and shrink them. The Rangers slow ly began to turn into insects. Justin was spared from the shrinking and rescued the mini Blue Centrion. The Rangers were able to escape Divatox's ship by using the torpedoes she used to make monsters grow. The Rangers were  returned to normal along  with the Blue Centurion (who Justin put into postion below the missle). Later the after effects of the turpedo made Bulk and Skull human again (but made them invisible).

The time came for the Rangers to pass on their powers to a new group of teens. The rangers went on a camping trip to  celebrate their last days as Power Rangers. Two new teens named TJ and Ashley came into town. TJ wanted to be a baseball player and Cassie wanted to be a singer. Tommy and Kat were on their way to jion their friends when Divatox sent Putra Pods to capture Tommey. Divatox's mom had come to her and told her to remove the leader of the Rangers to achieve vitory. TJ and Cassi were still on their bus trip. The buss went on a break and the two unwillingly found themselves helping Kathrine fight off Divatox's forces. Divatox's forces  took Tommy. The other Rangers were ambushed by  Divatox new fire orientated monster. The Rangers had difficulty fighting him. They were able to get away and found out their friends were in trouble . They quickly went to Kat to find out what happened to Tommy. TJ and Cassie left the Rangers to do their jobs. Divatox took Tommy to a cave and was gonna throw him into a evil demension for enternity. She tied him up and had rats naw at his ropes. When the ropes snapped Tommy would fall into the demension. TJ figured out where Tommy was kept. A long with Cassie, he tracked Tommy to a cave and saved him before it was too late. Tommy jioned the other Rangers to defeat Divatox's monster. Carlos and Ashley helped take care of the kids during the attack. The Rangers just made it back to the Power Chamber in time to make the power transfer. Zordon and Alpha came for a special visit to witness it. Tommy gave his powers to TJ( making him leader). Kathrine gave her powers to Cassie while  Adam gave his powers to Carlos while Tonya gave her powers to Ashley. Justin remained on the team.

The new team did not take long to gell together and became good friends. The Rangers got new sentiant talking cars as allies ( red lightning  and mountain blaster) Each were pioleted by TJ and Justin respectivily. A new Ranger from a distant planet arrived know as the Phantom Ranger. He refused to give the rangers his idenity but became an alley to the team. CassiE had an attraction to him. Divatox wanted the Phantoms powerful rubby. Divatox brother Genral Havok arrived and gave Divatox a new space base. Havok had his own zord named the Metallasuraurs. The phantom gave the Rangers new rescue zords when Havok took the Turbo Megazord. The Rangers used the Rescue Megazord to destory the Metallasuarus.  Havok and Divatox  captured they Phantom Rangers ruby causing him to begin to die. Divatox captured the Turbo Megazord and powered it with the ruby. She had some of her foot soldiers and a monster pilot the zord. The Rangers fought the Turbo mMegazord with the Rescue Megazord. TJ was able to regain control of the Turbo Megazord and the Rangers defeated the monster had been  pioleting it. The Phantm was given his ruby back and decided it was time for him to move on since the Rangers had everything under control. General Havok also retreated, vowing to return one day.

Divatox began to create her own Divazords but the Rangers were able to defeat thosea s well. She tried turning the Blue Centrioun evil but the Rangers were able to  return him back to normal. Justin moved back in with is father at this time. Justin's father got a new job interview that would cause them to move out of Angel Grove. He told Justin he wouldn't move if  he didn't want to. The Rangers got a transmission form eltar. Zordon was in trouble and Eltar was in some kind of attack. Zordon told the Rangers not to come to Eltat.  Divatox sent a very powerful monster after the Rangers. The Rangers lost their two megazords in the battle ( he had tried to self destruct the Rescue Megazord but the giant still lived , the Turbo Megazord had already been damaged beyond repair).  TJ flew the Turbo Ram ( the Rangers combined turbo weapons) into the monster's belly, causing him to explode. Divatox found out the location of the Power Chamber and readied an attack. Dimitria and the Blue Centurion left to go help Zordon.

Immidiatly after they left the Rangers were attacked by Divatox's army. They couldn't hold the attack back. Their two living cars got captured by Divatox's forces. Divatox's forces soon broke into the Power Chamber and began destroying it.  In a big explosion the Power Chamber was no more. The Rangers survived because of their powers ( which faded after the explosion).

Divatox presumed the Rangers dead and was ready to take control of the world. A mysterious messanger came and told Divatox that Dark Spector ( the Grand Monarch of evil) wanted her to go to the the Cirmarian plant. Divatox quickly retreated but promised she would return. The beaten Rangers heard the whole thing and knew they had to go to the Cirmarian planet. Justin convinced the NASADA Commander to let the Rangers use a space shuttle. The Rangers and Alpha 6 used the shuttle to go into space, to try and find Zordon ( minus Justin who stayed behind to be with his dad  and to move to his dad's new job). Turbo than ended as the Rangers went off on their new mission.
