1.  Zeo doesn't seem to transition into turbo well. The Turbo Movie does count as Canon. But their are many unexplained  things that weren't  followed up from Zeo. We don't know why Zedd and Rita didn't continue to try to conquer the Earth, what happened to the  Gold Ranger , and why did they abandon the zeo powers so easily. The Zedd and Rita question can be easily explained if you count Scorpion Rain as Canon. The Gold Ranger probably simply left because the Machine threat was averted.  It is a bit tricker to why the Zeo powers were discarded.  Maybe they need stronger ones to go up against Divatox .

2. Steve Cadanza had left the show after Zeo . Thats why Blake Foster's Justin became  the Blue Ranger in the Turbo Movie. They were getting ready for his departure. Steve wanted to concentrate on outside projects. He would make a cameo in Turbo's season priemiere.

3. Blake Foster was the first kid Ranger in Power Rangers history. The character was protrayed by 11 year old Blake Foster. Foster was actually a talented Martial Artist.

4. Orginally Lord Zedd and Rita were to  become full time villans again in Turbo ( in Zeo they had lesser role to the Machine Empire). The actor who played Zedd had personal matters to attend to nesitating the switch to the Divatox as the villan. Hillery Sherpard Tuner protrayed the character in the movie. Carol Hoyt would protray the character in season 1 while Turner was pregnant. Turner returned in season 2.

5. The Turbo season marked the end of the Bob Manahan's Zordon character and Alpha 5 ( as regulars at least). They would be replaced by Dimitria (Carol Hoyt's second role)   and Apha 6.

6. It is apparent that the orginial plan for Dimitria and Divatox was to make them sisters. This was introduced in an ealier Turbo Episode. The plot piont was dropped aftewords. In Space when Divatox is turned good she wears a outfit remarkably similar to Dimitria.

7. A big production change happened midway through Turbo. Doug Sloan left Power Rangers. His role As Story Eidtor was filled by long time staff member Judd Lynn. Shulki Levy had taken a lesser role in the production at this point. Jonathon Trazchar was in charge of the show fully by this piont ( he had been a driving force in it for years prior).

 8. Orginally Jason David Frank and Catherine Sutherland were to be written off after the beginning of turbo season 2.  Johnny Bosch and Nikia Burrise would have remained on the show with Blake Foster. Roger Velasco and Tracy Lynn Cruz were brought in to play Carlos and Ashley.   The Carlos and Ashley Characters were added to  eventually replace Kat and Tommy  respectivly. Later the descion was mad to just start over.  Burrise and Bosche were dropped from the show. The Carlos and Ashely characters were changed to replace Adam and Tonya. Swayne Ward and Patrica Ja Lee were brought in to be TJ and Cassie Chan (  replacements for Tommy and Kat). Blake Foster remained on the show as Justin.  Blake Foster ended his run on Power Rangers at the conclusion of Turbo. He would return for a guest apearance in PRIS.

 9. The Phantom Ranger was taken from a  non ranger character in Carranger. Since their was no real sixth ranger in that year's sentai there wasn't much footage for Power Ranger's producers to use. The Phantom Ranger's idenity was never disclosed . He was never going to be anyone of importance really, other than what he already was on the show.
